I’m the founder and CEO of The Change Coach.
I wasn’t always a Business Coach though. I began my career as a Lawyer, with a focus on business negotiation and conflict resolution. Along the way, I became a Mediator and a recognised expert in the field, authoring a thesis on mediation and serving as Head Lecturer of Negotiation and Conflict Resolution subjects at Monash University.
